Giclée Prints

Giclée is a fine art printing process in which paintings are carefully scanned, and the prints created using a high-resolution inkjet printer.

The digitised image is colour-corrected to attain the closest possible match to the original work. Millions of microscopic dots of ink are then sprayed onto fine quality paper. Laboratory tests have demonstrated that the prints will be resistant to fading for more than 100 years in normal conditions.

Giclée printing offers one of the highest degrees of accuracy and richness of colour available in any reproduction technique. Printed on good quality watercolour paper, the reproductions are often indistinguishable from the originals.
